HIRING CONNIE WAS THE TURNING POINT!

We originally listed our house with another realtor and after a few weeks, we felt that the agent just put the listing on the Internet and hoped it would be seen.  There was no marketing, no feedback, no real interest in selling our home whatsoever.  We knew the market was rough but felt like we should be getting something more.  After two months of waiting, we pulled the listing.  We mulled over the decision to wait or try to list it again.  We’d seen Connie’s signs in town and decided that we might get more exposure with a local agent who was familiar with the market in our area so, we asked her if she’d take our listing.

What a difference an agent and agency can make!  Connie’s a go-getter and so easy to work with!  Within the first couple of days, Connie had done more to market our home and keep us in the loop than the entire 2 months with the other company.  She brought out an awesome photographer, scheduled an open house, agent tour, advertised, you name it.  She showed us how to monitor everything that was happening with our home through her Reece Nichols/ O’Connor & Associates website.  Things started happening quickly and within approximately 3 weeks, we had a sale!!

Connie is a true professional and puts everything she has into selling your home.    We truly feel that we would not have sold our home if it weren’t for everything Connie did to help us.  Choose your agent carefully, it will make all the difference in the world.

After having my home on the market for over 2 years and going through 4 different real estate agents with no offers, I finally hired Connie Barton.  She was so wonderful and professional to work with and did everything she could to get my home sold.  Connie provided me with great pictures, lots of marketing, agent tours, open houses and an extraordinary virtul tour.  Whenever I had any suggestions, Connie was always open to them.  She is the kind of agent that works with you diligently and doesn't give up.

Thankfully, my home sold and my only regret was not hiring Connie Barton earlier!

CONNIE BARTON...THANKS A MILLION!

I greatly appreciate everything that Connie did to help us with finding and purchasing the perfect home and selling our home for us. It was a stroke of luck that led me to Connie. I had listed my home with another company that had been a referral from my insurance carrier. We had built our first home and had never been through the process of selling a home so we had no point of reference to know what we were looking for in an agent. The first agent we used was NOT what we were looking for…Connie was. When I was ready to give the selling of my home another try, I started looking online and Connie’s name came up a number of times for different listings and linked to associations, etc. I decided to give her a call and have never regretted it.

When we went looking for a realtor I knew exactly what I wanted, I wanted someone who would work WITH me and was quick to respond when I had questions. I found that with Connie. She was great from the get go. Right away she gave us pointers on how to improve the house for the showings and we hadn't even signed her yet. That showed me she wanted the best for us. Next we got professionals in to do pictures and give more suggestions. Our house sold quickly in the market today and we got what we wanted out of it. She also recomended Ryan Stoll as our broker and he got our loan done quicker than any other bank said they could. Several weeks faster! All in all she made what could've been a difficult time an exciting and fairly stress free one instead. We are now happily in our new home and if we move again we fully plan to call Connie!

Connie was instrumental in helping me find my first house. I expected the home-buying process to be painful, tedious, and confusing. With her at the helm it was none of these things, in fact it was a very enjoyable and educational experience. Connie has great insight into what makes a house a great home.
